Account management
Our account management team makes sure all the client’s requirements are achievable. A strong relationship with our clients is paramount and whether quoting, managing orders and controlling deadlines or collaborating with the creative team on new ideas, our priority is to provide a professional and efficient service and ensure we have strong communication.
Creativity
Our creative team are always looking for innovative and new ideas. The creative process starts with many things but market research is key in order to see what is on trend and suitable for the client’s needs. This follows with concept creation and product development and moves towards collaboration with our expert factories. Our design tools, CAD and 3D drawings ensures the client will always have a full understanding of how the product is going to be.
Quality assurance
We audit all the factories we deploy and our staff and 3rd party inspectors visit them regularly. We maintain close contact with testing agencies to ensure the relevant product tests are being carried out.
We carry out During Production Inspections (DUPROs) and Final Random Inspections (FRIs) to agreed AQLs, to ensure the quality is consistent and to the agreed parameters and samples.
We use many testing and inspection houses but PTS, ITS Intertek and CMA are our designated partners.
Some clients request we work with their testing houses with whom they have agreements and we are more than happy to do this.
Product testing
We will advise clients on necessary product testing and local country legal testing requirements. IMI is fully up to speed with all testing standards and is kept up to date by our 3rd party partners.
We work closely with our factories to ensure that we fulfil the client requirements and ensure all products are safe and fit for purpose. Where necessary we will go beyond standard industry requirements and produce audits tailored for our clients.
